Terms and Conditions of Service
Our activities are based on the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Zarbit is an online exchange platform for buying and selling cryptocurrencies, and no buying or selling of dollars or other fiat currencies is conducted in this exchange.
- You can easily and securely access our platform to buy and sell cryptocurrencies. The processes of registration, identity verification, placing buy or sell orders, and withdrawing funds on the Zarbit platform are very easy, and we provide online support 24/7.
- You do not need identity verification to buy and sell cryptocurrencies on this platform. However, to deposit rials into your user account, identity verification is required according to anti-money laundering laws and the regulations of the Cyber Police, as explained in the user guide section.
- The mobile number, account number, and email of Zarbit users must belong to the user themselves. Any withdrawals and deposits will be made to the declared account number, and using another person’s account will result in legal and judicial consequences for the offender. Zarbit reserves the right to block the user’s account and to pursue further legal actions.
-The cryptocurrency market involves unforeseen risks and hazards. While Zarbit will provide necessary guidance and education in a timely manner as part of our social responsibility, users must personally accept the risks of their investments and transactions, and no claims or lawsuits in this regard will be accepted.
- Zarbit guarantees the security of its services by maintaining the users’ cryptocurrency assets offline (Cold Storage) against hardware and software threats outside the platform, and by using a multi-layered secure protocol and a staged validation management system. However, Zarbit is not responsible for any user negligence in securing their wallet or account information.
-Zarbit strives online and around the clock to provide maximum support and guidance for your deposits, rial withdrawals, and trades, but does not accept responsibility or complaints about deposit hours or network slowdowns according to the country’s banking regulations, though our colleagues remain patient and committed to ensuring quality service.
- According to legal and banking regulations, any incorrect or unauthorized use of computer systems failing to execute payments or withdrawals from the user’s wallet at any time allows Zarbit to rectify errors and exchange amounts from the account without any legal procedures, notice, or formalities.
-Given the volatility in cryptocurrencies, if a sell or buy order is disrupted due to technical or operational issues by Zarbit, Zarbit reserves the right to cancel the transaction and return the original trade to the parties to compensate for losses.
- Zarbit will charge a commission for providing buying and selling services which may change based on transfer network conditions and at specific times and locations. These changes will be notified to users. Currently, Zarbit does not charge a fee for rial deposits and withdrawals, and only banking transaction transfer fees apply. The current maximum commission rate is 0.25%. Commission rates are clearly outlined and disclosed in each user’s wallet before transacting.
-Zarbit does not provide services to individuals who do not have legal capacity for trading according to national laws. In cases where accounts are created using other people’s personal information or actions outside legal norms such as using other people’s identity documents, services and accounts for the culpable user will be suspended and terminated.
-To fully use our services, you are required to upload your identity information, including phone number, bank account number, and email. We understand the concerns about uploading and disclosure, and Zarbit acknowledges these concerns, committing not to use your information except where necessary to provide services. Compliance with country laws may require disclosure to authorities, but Zarbit commits to consulting legal advisors in providing this information, adhering strongly to user privacy.
-Zarbit is a smart and secure platform where users execute their buy or sell orders. We do not interfere in these trades, and the responsibilities and economic benefits from these transactions are with the users themselves. Apart from the fee, which you will be informed about, no additional costs are imposed on our users.
-Currently, there are no clear and defined rules regarding cryptocurrencies in the country. In case of any disputes between Zarbit and users, issues will be resolved through negotiation. Otherwise, efforts will be made to resolve the matter using national laws or through referral to arbitration. Other issues not mentioned in these terms follow the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran or Zarbit’s declared policies through the website.
